About Us: Founded in 2023, Mae's Wonderful World Inc. 501(c)(3) non profit charity is an animal rescue sanctuary based in Chapel Hill, NC. We offer forever sanctuary to formerly homeless vulnerable hound dogs, bunny rabbits, guinea pigs, and cats who have been rescued from Southeast USA kill shelters, and transferred to us from our local partner Orange County Animal Shelter here in Chapel Hill, NC. We welcome any donations and support from our community, friends, and family to help continue our on the ground outreach!
